We have been having Nanny Jo watch our fur children for almost a year now, and she has been such a godsend for us. She not only boards our dog Stella in her home, but also does drop-ins on our cat Bruce at our house. She is truly the full package for our pets when we are out of town, because we know Stella will be getting the 1-on-1, 24/7 attention she needs at Nanny Jo's house, and Bruce will also get checked-in on and well taken care of. We have so much peace of mind not having to have two separate sitters for both of our pets.
Jo and her partner Roger are also great at handling challenging dogs. Our Stella is a very feisty chihuahua and Jo was able to win her over quickly. We can tell that Stella adores Jo and she is always so excited when arrive at her house. We appreciate all of the love Jo and Roger provide to our troublemakers and we honestly don't know what we would do without them!

From London, England Joanne is the Mary Poppins of the pooch world.
Founder of Mary Puppins, Joanne has owned dogs for as long as she can remember and as a child she'd train dogs and take care of pets for friends and family. Always having a special connection with dogs, the caring of our best friend became a passion for her.

As an adult she bred pedigree Pugs and English Bulldogs. Nanny Jo took her love for these breeds very seriously and was awarded an accredited breeder award from The Kennel Club of Great Britain. Some of her puppies even made it to the show ring and one, a model for greetings cards.

Nanny Jo is a certified reiki practitioner and offers this service to pets, she has a few regular fur clients from dogs to horses. She also has certified pet CPR and FIRST AID training, she is experienced in administering medications. Nanny Jo has over 35 years of experience caring for puppies, adult dogs and senior dogs, she also has a wealth of experience with giant breeds and when in her care they always come first and she treats them as her own. Does your fur baby sleep on your bed? Nanny Jo will accommodate, Do they like back scratches? Just let her know. While in her and her staff's care, she will aim to make a home away from home for your bundle of fun and insure that your little darlings experience is super-cali-fragilistic-expiali-docious!

Your dog stays overnight in your sitter’s home. They’ll be treated like part of the family in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

This is not like a boarding kennel facility, we are cage, crate, and kennel free, this is your dogs home away from home, where they will have all the comforts and love of home with our undivided attention and snuggles.
Included in your pooches' 5-star stay are walks, park or beach trips, car rides, trails, healthy snacks, and a huge fenced yard to lounge in.

House Sitting
In your home overnight
Your sitter stays and takes care of your dog/s and any other pets, and your home.
Your dog will get all the attention they need without leaving home, especially good for large breeds, senior dogs, special needs dogs, and dogs with anxiety.
Your dog will be in the comfort of their own home. This service includes feeding, walks, park or beach trips, poop pick up, plants watered, trash cans taken out, litter box clean up, and mail and parcels bought in.

Your sitter drops by your home to play with your dog/cat feed and refresh water bowls, give potty breaks, pets, and lovins, let them out in the yard or clean the litter box.

Pet Reiki is gentle and can be done hands-on or from a distance, the energy healing flows from the Universal Source and is automatically set with a positive healing intent. It does not rely on any type of belief system or particular religion to work.

Due to the high demand for pet-sitting services during the holiday season, we accept more than one dog for boarding. any services that include any of the following dates will be priced at the Holiday rate:
2023: Oct 9,31. Nov 11,12,22,23,24,25,26 Dec 11 through 31 . 2024 Jan 1,, 12 - 15 Feb 16- 20 May 26 - 29 June 30 - 4 July Sep 1 - 4 Oct 31
*Per Night = 24 hours anything over 24 hours will incur additional charges as follows. 1-3 hours 1/4 day charged. 2-5 1/2 days charged. over 6 hours full day charged. *Per Day = 8 hours: Senior dogs, special needs dogs and long-term stays are subject to additional charges.
Cancellations
the balance of service in full is required to confirm any boarding or house sitting dates and no dates are held until this is paid in full.
cancellations for whatever reason, of pet, sitting, or boarding services with less than 14 days of written notice prior to the start of the first day of service
will result in you being billed 50% of the total cost for scheduled service; for holiday cancellations 28 days' written notice is required. 24 hours or less notice for cancellation: NO REFUND IS GIVEN. Cut-off times: The earliest time you can drop your dog off is 7 a.m., and the latest time you can pick your dog up is 9 pm

Joanne is amazing!
We was stuck for boaring and found her and she could accommodate our Pug Jake last minute, and she went above and beyond what we expected, keeping us updated on his day and asked us if we wanted photo and video updates.
